The concept for developing this raw parcel site was to emphasize the exclusive views of Lake Zoar and offer a tranquil location for luxury living in Southbury, Connecticut.  Morrone Studio Indesign teamed with Southbury Homes Builders to develop Lake Ridge sub-division in 1995.

From inception to completion in 1999, all home styles, site placement, and on-site sales were administered through the cooperative efforts of designer/builder team.  Custom home buyers were assisted with their options for color planning, architectural elements, and diverse features used throughout. Spec homes were designed to offer an array of enticing exterior/interior aesthetic.
